These terms apply to your use of amalluxeselection.com and to any order you place with Amal Luxe Selection ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

Amal Luxe Selection is an online boutique based in London, United Kingdom, selling abayas, diracs and hijabs. You can contact us at amalluxeselection@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +44 7803 425930.

2. Our products

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and because many of our fabrics are printed or hand-finished, small variations between pieces are normal and are not faults.

Sizes and measurements are shown on each product page and in our size guide. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

Many of our designs are made in small quantities. All orders are subject to availability.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If you shop in another currency, the price is converted at checkout.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Your order and our contract

After you place an order, we send you an email confirming that we have received it. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Some international orders are processed by our partner Global-e, which acts as the seller of record for those orders. If this applies to your order, it will be shown at checkout and Global-e's terms will also apply.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the countries shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. How to cancel, the condition items must be returned in, and how refunds work are explained in our Refund policy.

7. Faulty items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

8. Use of our website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access or by introducing harmful code. We may suspend or close accounts that are used in breach of these terms.

All content on this website, including photographs, videos, designs, text and logos, belongs to Amal Luxe Selection or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather or industrial action. If this happens, we will tell you as soon as possible and do what we can to reduce the delay.

11. Privacy

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those shown on our website when you placed it.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it.
